Role Objectives

JLL are currently seeking to hire an experienced Surveyor to join the Valuations team in our Dublin office. Our Valuation Advisory department has a reputation for providing accurate and consistent advice as a market leader in Ireland.   A full range of professional services are covered by our team including loan security valuations, fund valuations, rent reviews and a full range of advisory services.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified member of the SCSI or RICS preferably with at least 3 years' experience in the commercial property sector. The candidate should be able to work as part of a team or work on their own initiative. A strong understanding of current trends and influencers of the Irish market will be required to provide advice to the highest standard.

Required Qualifications

  • 3 years' experience in the valuation of commercial property
  • Strong technical skills - proficient in Excel and Circle/Argus Investor
  • Capable of working on own initiative
  • Ability to establish and maintain excellent relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Self-motivated, results driven and career focused
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Capable of analysing and understanding client requirements
  • Highly motivated and target driven
  • Flexible and collaborative working in a team
  • Ability to adapt to a changing and dynamic work environment
