  • Undertaking negotiation of letting and sale instructions for various high profile retail properties, including urban, suburban and regional shopping centres, retail parks,  
  • Acquisition work – Role includes working with leading retailers including but not limited to Superdry, McDonalds, Estee Lauder, Boots and Tiger.  The role is varied including completion of market research for target store locations, regular reporting to client (both written and verbal), lease negotiations and ensuring transactions complete in a timely manner.
  • Preparation of pitch presentations for new instructions in a busy, vibrant and growing retail department.
  • Various professional services roles including rent review instructions, arbitrations and providing strategic advice.
  • This is a very client facing and exciting role.  The successful candidate will be rewarded with an attractive remuneration package.

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 year's property experience essential 
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Must have a full clean drivers licence
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Must have strong verbal and numerical skills
