BriefJones Lang LaSalle was appointed to give advice in relation to a potential development of a Balbriggan site in 2005.
InitiativesJones Lang LaSalle provided advice on all aspects of the project, from centre size, layout and tenant mix. The centre eventually had a lettable floor area of 17,000 sq m with 30 retail units.
ResultThe centre was the only centre to open in 2011 in a challenging retail environment. The centre opened with 85% for the retail space committed. Tenants secured included; a 10,000 sq m Tesco letting (the largest in Dublin), Boots, GameStop, More For Less, Carphone Warehouse, Gleeson's, BB's, O'Brien's, McDonalds and others. Currently there are 7 further retail units in legals.
