Three level scheme of 14,864 m2 with overhead office accommodation comprising 95 shop units. 500 car parking spaces. Traders include Tesco, A-Wear, H Samuel, Adams.  Jones Lang LaSalle are letting agents on the scheme.

Jones Lang LaSalle sold the investment on behalf of IPFPUT who were seeking to rebalance their portfolio.

Initiatives  
Following private tender, secured a sale of the investment for a figure in excess of £20m.
    
Results   
Jones Lang LaSalle were subsequently approached by the new purchasers, a consortium of private individuals, and have been appointed to continue with a deeper role as full managing agents and have undertaken all rent reviews, lettings and rent collection functions.
