Following their acquisition of  Quinnsworth stores for approximately £600,000,000, (€761,842,800) Jones Lang LaSalle invited to act on behalf for a series of rent reviews.

Jones Lang LaSalle appointed as rent review valuers.  Jones Lang LaSalle conducted  negotiations/arbitrations.

Successfully conducted reviews representing Tesco including Jervis Centre, Stillorgan Shopping Centre, Dundrum Shopping Centre, Roxboro, Limerick, Dundalk, Crumlin, Balbriggan, Rathfarnham, Roselawn and Portlaoise among others. 3 – 4 others in pipeline currently.
