McDonalds

Why JLL?

JLL acts as a tenant rep for McDonalds on over 60 units acting as as intermediary between McDonalds and its landlords. We also approve all service charge and insurance invoices and review annually each service charge budget. JLL's role allows McDonalds to focus on their core business and not get weighed down by lengthy disputes with Landlords or Managing Agents. As JLL have a clear understanding of property management and lease covenants we are quickly able to find the best outcome for all involved and maintain good landlord and tenant relations.

JLL also review new McDonalds lease's to ensure no service charge covenants will adversely affect the McDonalds operations in the furture.

Our Success

Through intensive review of leases and service charge budgets we have achieved and continue to achieve savings for McDonalds whilst adhering strictly to their specific lease obligations.
