Following a competitive tender process we were awarded the contract by the trio of stakeholders in June 2014. Our brief was to manage the four quadrants and estate within The Park to include administering rent, service charge and insurance billing and collection whilst dealing with all property management issues.
Our appointment commenced on 1st October 2014 and we have successfully assumed the full property management roll from the previous managing agents.
