The portfolio, which includes one operational asset and three schemes in various stages of development comprises a total of 1,500 bedrooms in Dublin city and offer best in class accommodation.
Importantly, the assets where sold on a completed value basis for €240 million setting a new benchmark for the market in what was a highly competitive transaction that was concluded in a quick timescale, given the complexity.
