​This transaction took place at the end of 2016 on behalf of Oaktree Capital Management and Threesixty Developments with Hines acquiring the interest.

The portfolio, which includes one operational asset and three schemes in various stages of development comprises a total of 1,500 bedrooms in Dublin city and offer best in class accommodation.

Importantly, the assets where sold on a completed value basis for €240 million setting a new benchmark for the market in what was a highly competitive transaction that was concluded in a quick timescale, given the complexity.
