SOBO District

JLL are retained as office agents for two new best in class office buildings; 1WML and 1SJRQ, totalling 240,000 sq ft. JLL’s role include:

Advice in relation to design and layout of 1WML and 1SJRQ (new builds)

SOBO District branding strategy advice

Marketing campaign strategy and implementation for both buildings

Input into design of public realm areas

Letting agents for office accomodation at 1WML and 1SJRQ

Jones Lang LaSalle were appointed as joint letting agent in 2014 to provide initial pre- planning design and layout advice to Hibernia REIT.

We commenced a branding and marketing campaign, appointing the Creative Agency in November 2014.

Full marketing strategy was implemented including placemaking, branding, brochures, websites, video, press advertisements, computer generated images and marketing collateral for both buildings (

JLL are currently appointed to secure occupiers for the space in the two new buildings which will be completed in summer 2017 and summer 2018.
