Waterside welcomes SAP

SAP, one of the worlds leading providers of business software, will occupy the third floor of Building Two, Waterside


Dublin, 12 July 2011 -  Joint agents CB Richard Ellis and Jones Lang LaSalle are delighted to welcome SAP to Waterside, Citywest Business Campus. SAP, one of the worlds leading providers of business software, will occupy the third floor of Building Two Waterside which extends to approximately 1,344.63 sq m (14,473 sq ft).
 
Fionnuala O’Buachalla of Jones Lang LaSalle acted on behalf of SAP and commented that “SAP was attracted to Waterside because of the high quality specification, the high profile road frontage which the development enjoys and also the proximity to their existing headquarters within the business campus. As a result, SAP now lease 140,000 sq ft in Ireland”.
 
Waterside comprises an iconic development with excellent profile to the N7. Phase one of the development is fully complete and includes four blocks extending from 26,425 sq ft to 166,883 sq ft.

The world renowned Citywest Business Campus is home to high profile tenants such as Pfizer, Sony, Unilever, Adobe and many more.  The campus is highly accessible with the N7 Naas Road and the N82 Tallaght Blessington Road on either side of the campus.  The M50 is just 2.5 miles form the campus which in turn provides easy access to Dublin Airport.
There are multiple bus services from Citywest serving Dublin City Centre and surrounding areas. The LUAS extension to Citywest is now fully operational which further enhances accessibility to the campus. Waterside can also offer a very generous parking provision of 1 per 25 m².
