Diesel now trading in Crescent Shopping Centre, Limerick

20 April 2012 – Following recent letting successes at Crescent Shopping Centre with Skechers and Promod as two International branded fashion retailers, a further fashion letting has been announced.

Lisa McGrane of Jones Lang LaSalle joint letting agents with DTZ on behalf of the landlords, Clancourt, has completed a letting to the casual fashion clothing occupier Diesel for approximately 250 sq metres in a prime location in the centre. The unit is directly facing Fields Jewellers, who opened just over a year ago and have exceeded their trading expectations. Diesel trade from 8 stores including Blanchardstown, Pavilion Swords and Liffey Valley and are reporting an extremely strong trading start at the centre.
Lisa McGrane commented “In the current retail market, occupiers are anxious to grow revenue and expand into proven successful centres. In that regard it is regional scale developments such as Crescent Shopping Centre that are benefitting most”.

Bernadine Hogan of Savills acted on behalf of the tenant in the letting who are paying a stepped base rent rising to €170,000 per annum over the initial five year period together with a turnover rent top up.
