Increased footfall at Nutgrove Shopping Centre leads to expansion by existing retailers.

Carphone Warehouse increases floorplate by 45% in high profile corner unit

Carphone Warehouse, the multiple mobile phone retailer, has recently expanded its presence in Nutgrove Shopping Centre by opening a new larger store. The high profile corner unit in the newly created Central Mall, will increase the floor plate space previously occupied by Carphone Warehouse by 45%.
Rita Carney of Jones Lang LaSalle commented that “footfall has shown an increase in the centre over the last year as consumers are returning to convenience orientated schemes like Nutgrove Shopping Centre, which is anchored by Dunnes Stores, Tesco and Penneys”.
Jones Lang LaSalle is the letting agent for the Nutgrove Shopping Centre and is marketing the adjoining remaining retail unit and Food Court kiosks.
Nutgrove Shopping Centre has over sixty shops and restaurants, together with 900 free surface car spaces, and celebrates its 25th birthday in October of this year.
