Offices at IFSC with VAT Savings To Let through Jones Lang LaSalle

Part of third floor of landmark IFSC building to be leased.


Dublin, 19 January 2009 – A suite of offices on the third floor of the original landmark building in the ISFC is available to sub-let or by assignment through Jones Lang LaSalle at an asking rent of €560 per sq m per annum.

The offices at IFSC House come with an attractive saving on VAT on the existing lease which limits the tenant’s liability for the tax. The space extends to 712.56 sq m and has views over the IFSC dock, the River Liffey and the south docklands.

“This is an opportunity to rub shoulders with the country’s financial elite in the original home of the IFSC and with the benefit of tax savings,” said Justin McCarthy of Jones Lang LaSalle. “As well as that, of course, it is superbly located in terms of access and transport with the Luas, Dart, mainline rail and many bus services alongside.”

The existing lease runs until April 2018 and the offices come with seven parking spaces at an annual rent of €4,000 each with additional spaces available close by.
