Development opportunity at Dunedin Terrace, Mounttown Road Lower, Dun Laoghaire

0.24 hectares (.60 acres) development site in established development location

Jones Lang LaSalle is offering a site in Dun Laoghaire with redevelopment potential for sale by Private Treaty on the instructions of eircom Limited.

‘The site is approximately 0.24 hectares (0.60 acres) and is in an area where permitted uses include residential and consideration will be given to commercial and retail uses. Currently situated on the site is single storey office accommodation and two stores/warehouses which may be beneficial to a potential purchaser in the short term’, according to Vanessa Kiernan of Jones Lang LaSalle.

Dunedin Terrace is conveniently located off Oliver Plunkett Road, which is approximately 2km from Main Street, Dun Laoghaire. The area has good transport links with numerous bus routes and the N11 which provides access to the M50.
The site is zoned Objective A in the Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council Development Plan 2004 ‘to provide and/or improve residential amenity’. This zoning classification lists a wide range of commercial uses as ‘open for consideration’ on the site such as restaurant, local and neighbourhood shop and small offices.
