Award Winning Refurbished Church Hall available to To Let as an Office Building in Dublin 7

Jones Lang LaSalle are offering flexible terms and rents on unique offices near Smithfield

Dublin, 29 April 2009 – The three-storey period building The Father Mathew Hall near the Four Courts at Church Street in Dublin is now available to let through Jones Lang LaSalle.

The self contained building, which has 720 sq m of offices space, has been refurbished to the highest standard creating a unique office environment. The excellent location is within three minutes of the Four Courts, Smithfield Square and alongside the Bar Council of Ireland building on Church Street.

“The property is unique in character and is in a great location beside the Four Courts and alongside the Luas line from Connolly Station to Tallaght which will also open its extension to the Point Village in November as well as being close to a plethora of other facilities in the area,” said Simon McEvoy of Jones Lang LaSalle.

The Father Mathew Hall was originally built in 1890 by the Capuchin friars as a temperance hall dedicated to the memory of Father Mathew, the refurbishment was carried out by Crosbie Properties with the help of Scott Tallon Walker architects to comprise a 720 sqm office building that is unique in its design and finish with the property being awarded first place in the Best Public/Commercial Space at the Interior Design 2008 Design Awards.  They have retained all the features of the building while modernising the offices in a mainly open-plan layout with a number of meeting rooms appointed throughout the property.

The property would suit a wide range of occupiers and certainly worth an inspection by any office occupier considering relocation.

The property is available on flexible lease terms on a floor by floor basis. For further information please contact Jones Lang LaSalle 01 6731600.
