JLL has been appointed as exclusive selling agents for a rare and prime Dublin City Centre hotel development site, which has recently obtained full planning permission for a 137 guestroom three star hotel.

Situated at the high profile junction of New Street South and Kevin Street Upper and located just 600 metres west of St. Stephens Green, the fully consented site presents a rare opportunity to acquire a “Ready To Go” hotel development opportunity in core Dublin City Centre.
