JLL Completes Sale To Unlisted Collection For Over €7.0M

On behalf of Deloitte, JLL has advised on the successful sale of the Trinity Lodge, located close to Trinity College on South Fredrick Street in Dublin 2.

The property has been sold to Unlisted Collection for over €7.0M, an international hotel group boasting seven boutique hotels and twenty restaurants across major cities including Singapore, Shanghai, Sydney and London.

Sold with the benefit of full vacant possession, the 26 bedroom property boasts an unrivalled trading position, an established trading history and attractive period accommodation, with exciting upside potential.

Unlisted Collection’s acquisition of The Trinity Lodge demonstrates that the capital sources seeking to enter the Dublin market are maturing, as the trading conditions are currently among the most attractive in Europe.”
