Jones Lang LaSalle (Ireland) has been named ‘Best Overall Advisor and Consultant’ in Ireland and has also won two other awards for ‘Transaction Execution’ and ‘Research’ at the fifth annual Euromoney Real Estate Awards held in London.

The winners were selected by Euromoney magazine following a worldwide survey of real estate developers, advisors, financial institutions, investors and end-users in the property industry.

The firm’s parent company, Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE:JLL), was named ‘Best Overall Global Advisor and Consultant’, and it also picked up four further global awards: Global Agency/Letting; Global Transaction Execution; Global Corporate Real Estate Services and Global Research.

Altogether, Jones Lang LaSalle’s operations around the world picked up 75 awards at the event.

Colin Dyer, Jones Lang LaSalle’s Global CEO commented: “It is great honour for Jones Lang LaSalle to be recognised as a global and regional leader in the real estate advisory world, particularly as the Euromoney awards are voted for by their readers from within the real estate industry.  This success is testament to the quality, expertise and drive of our people, and the excellent service they provide to our clients globally.”

His sentiments were echoed by John Moran, Managing Director, Jones Lang LaSalle (Ireland) who said that the Irish operation’s three award wins are a great accolade for the company, and endorse its reputation for professionalism and solid advice – attributes which are particularly pertinent in today’s extremely difficult market conditions.
