JLL offers for sale the Temple Bar Inn, a prime 101 guestroom hotel, with numerous F&B outlets, high quality retail income, in addition to full planning permission for a total of 121 additional guestrooms.

On behalf of Heights Hospitality Holdings, JLL has been appointed as exclusive selling agents for the boutique, high-quality, and rare Temple Bar Inn.

The hotel occupies a prime city centre location on Fleet Street in Temple Bar, close to Temple Bar Square, Trinity College, and all of Dublin's major tourist attractions.

The hotel is finished to a high quality and modern standard throughout. It currently extends to 101 guestrooms. The sale also includes a separate large ground floor Tesco retail unit (tenant unaffected) in addition to 7 Westmoreland Street, a high-profile building which includes the recently opened and highly popular Hellfire Restaurant.

Offered for sale the benefit of vacant possession, the property comes with full planning permission for the development of an additional 121-guestrooms. This includes a 111-guestroom extension on Fleet Street, in addition to the development of 10 feature suites, situated above 7 Westmoreland Street.
