JLL Bi-Annual Dublin Residential Forecasts
Report for H2 2021.

We at JLL have launched our Bi-Annual Dublin Residential Forecasts Report for H2 2021. Our model for residential forecasts draws on 15 economic and residential market indicators to generate a 3-year forecast for residential rents and prices. The complex model also incorporates market knowledge and sentiment so that the output is both calculated and considered.

The forecasts suggest price growth of 7% in 2021, 5% in 2022 and 3% in 2023 for Dublin house prices.  We also forecast rent price changes of 0% for 2021, 1.5% in 2022 and 2.5% in 2023.
