Chris is responsible for setting the business strategy for the UK and ensuring it is delivered.

Chris joined international property consultancy King Sturge in 1979 as a graduate and has worked his whole career across the UK Investment Property Market. He ran the investment teams at King Sturge and has been at the forefront of growing the investment business and developing alternative investment areas in student housing, health and senior living.
He became Joint Managing Partner at King Sturge and subsequently Joint Senior Partner prior to the merger with JLL in 2011. Chris was Chair of the Investment Property Forum from 2015-2016. He was appointed JLL UK CEO in 2016 and moved to UK Chairman in 2021.
He plays an active role in both investor and occupier strategies. Chris is committed to JLL leading the property sector on sustainability and supporting the debate around the climate emergency.
He is a proud supporter of UK homelessness charity Crisis.
