As Chief Client Value & Growth Officer for JLL’s Work Dynamics business, Cynthia is responsible for helping clients create, shape, and manage the future of work – consistently bringing the best of JLL to clients in a strategic and comprehensive way.
A visionary leader, Cynthia has spent more than 25 years driving growth and transformation in large organizations, including JLL and GE. Her deep domain expertise includes services, product management, enterprise-wide strategic plan development, portfolio management, new business growth strategies, restructuring, operations and risk management, innovation, and marketing.
Currently, Cynthia leads the Client Value and Growth team for JLL Work Dynamics, which is collaboratively focused on solving the challenges that stand in the way of our clients’ growth objectives. Comprised of business and M&A strategy, as well as revenue generating teams: Consulting, Product Development, Business Partnerships, Sales and Marketing; Cynthia’s organization accelerates innovation and delivers differentiated value to clients, even as the market shifts and needs evolve.
Cynthia joined JLL in 2019 after more than two decades at GE, where she served in various global leadership roles in product, portfolio and business management and marketing. Throughout her career, Cynthia has been deeply passionate about talent development and devoting time and energy to helping others achieve their career ambitions. She has led accelerated development programs and served as a guest lecturer on career development topics.
Cynthia holds a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Michigan. She lives in Atlanta, Georgia, with her husband and three children. In her spare time, she enjoys running, golfing and skiing, as well as attending all of the diverse activities of her active family.
