Vizor Software acquire new office in bustling Sandyford hub
Vizor, a global leader in enterprise software for financial regulation and cross-border information exchange for tax authorities have recently agreed a lease of the part 5th floor of Block A, The Atrium Buildings in Sandyford, Dublin 18.
The Atrium Buildings were constructed in the mid 2000's and comprise over 300,000 sq. ft. of Grade A office accommodation.
Vizor joins a growing number of international corporates in the development including Bayer Pharmaceuticals, Salesforce and most recently Fleetmatics.
The development lies a 3 minute walk from the Sandyford Green Line Luas stop with a journey time of just 20 minutes into the city centre.
The Atrium buildings are also within close proximity to road links such as the M50 and the N11 and there are a number of amenities on hand including Beacon South Quarter Shopping Centre, The Beacon Hotel, The Westwood Gym and Leisure Centre and The Clayton Hotel, Leopardstown.
This deal is further evidence of the strength of the Sandyford / Leopardstown area as Dublin's main south suburban office location and follows on from other recent lettings in the area to AIB and Google as well as Microsoft's recent opening of their new Dublin HQ.
Neill Mc Nicholas of JLL who represented Vizor on this acquisition commented:
‟The quality of this top floor accommodation within a well-recognised development will provide Vizor with the perfect platform to expand their team in Dublin's main south suburban office location."
