763,682 sq. ft. of space was leased during Q4 2022, which is +7.4% above the five-year quarterly average from 2017 to 2021. This was also +4.8% above the volumes in the previous quarter and was the largest quarter for 2022.
However, it was -20.4% less than the same period in 2021, but that quarter is operating from a higher base due to the significant take-up from KPMG and TikTok.
