The latest research from JLL which tracks returns on direct investment in the Irish property market shows that the overall Index continued to perform steadily in Q4 2021.

The JLL Irish Property Index which has been undertaken by JLL since 1969, measures returns on direct investment in property and represents a portfolio that is typical of the market. The portfolio, which is approximately €750m, is weighted 57% Offices, 17% Retail, 13% Industrial, and 13% Residential. The Overall Returns of the portfolio in the last 3 months are +2.3% and in the last 12 months total +6.3%.
