Beyond Culture – an annual celebration of culture and diversity within the property industry and beyond
Our Race for Change Network helps to ensure an inclusive workplace for our black, Asian, and minority ethnic colleagues. As part of our sustainability strategy: Building a Better Tomorrow, we are committed to promoting a positive respectful, equal and fun environment for all employees.
Annually, each June the Network hosts its Beyond Culture event which celebrates culture and diversity both within the property industry and beyond. The 2019 event was the biggest yet with representatives from a range of industries joining us to build long term relationships, alongside sharing good practices and learnings to help create a workplace that truly embraces everyone.
Attendees enjoy an evening full of entertainment, thought provoking talks from guest speakers and food from a variety of cultures.
