JLL Irish Property Index – Q1 2022

The latest research from JLL which tracks returns on direct investment in the Irish property market shows that the overall Index continued to perform steadily in Q1 2022.

The JLL Irish Property Index which has been undertaken by JLL since 1969, measures returns on direct investment in property and represents a portfolio that is typical of the market. The portfolio, which is approximately €763m, is weighted 56% Offices, 17% Retail, 13% Industrial, and 14% Residential.
